There is a great need for caring and knowledgeable assistants! The average salary in Georgia is $17.76 PER HOUR, which is great pay for minimal education and on the job training! Our School Purpose.
OUR TRAINING COURSE is different from other dental assistant programs, because classes are held at the upscale dental facility. It gives our students direct access to the real dental world and hands on training. Both of your instructors have many years of dental assisting training experience at the modern fast pace dental practice.
Most dental offices prefer to hire assistants with at least 2-3 years of chair side experience, but most modern fast pace practices do not have time to train a staff member who is a recent graduate. Many dental assistant programs are in online/classroom setting with little or no chair-side training. Therefore, a good portion of these graduates do not have the capability to assist even with the simplest dental procedures.

OUR MISSION is to train you as a fully capable and valuable staff member that is ready to work right away in a dental office that would be proud to have you as a member of the dental team!
- Our students will be trained to all basic dental procedures as well as expanded duties procedures (to earn Expanded Duties Dental Assistant Certificate students will have to attend special course provided by GDA)!
- This is a 13 week program that will take place every Saturday from 9:00 am-3:30 pm in a class room/ lab/ chair side setting!
- Training on Saturdays will allow students to continue with their full time job while furthering their education, and will get them started in a new career! Video lessons and textbook will be available during the week! Shadowing and internship in a dental office will take place on certain week days, considering each student’s individual schedule!
- Each student will have chance to fabricate and take home their own custom made bleaching trays and whitening gel!
